System Architect
Engineering graduate from a reputed institute with 7-8 years of product
development experience. You should have an excellent academic record
and have achievements on the extra-curricular front too. You will be in
charge of the entire product development life cycle right from design
to delivery. This will involve leading and working with a team of
programmers and renowned researchers from around the world. You should
have led the design of at least two IT products that were launched. You
should have strong analytical skills and the strong foundation in
Algorithm development. Strong communication skills and a command over
English is a mandatory. You must have the ability to motivate, lead and
work with teams that will contain highly skilled programmers and
researchers. |

Project manager profile
Engineering graduate from a reputed institute with 5+ years of product
development experience. You should have an excellent academic record
and have achievements on the extra-curricular front too. Project
management experience, preferably in a software products firm,
involving the entire software development lifecycle is a must. Coding
experience is mandatory. System architecture experience is desirable.
You should have a series of successful contributions during your work
with involvement from concept to implementation. You should have
displayed excellent inter-personal skills and leadership qualities in
overcoming any obstacles in achieving your desired goals. |

Software developer profile
Engineering graduate from a reputed institute with 2-3 years of
software development experience, preferably in a software products
firm. You should have an excellent academic record. You should have
good analytical skills, inter-personal skills, communication
capabilities and a strong foundation in software development. You
should be able to take the initiative in finding solutions when they
have not been fully worked out. |
