On Nov 27 2008, the entire Germinait team went to Manori for the first company offsite. We started the day with team building exercises that foster communication, trust, teamwork and out-of-the-box thinking. Then we each shared our vision for Germinait. We then sat together and collaboratively formulated Germinait's policies. Next we had a talk on innovation. We ended the day with a workshop on brainstorming, followed by actually brainstorming on how to we can improve Germinait's productivity. See some of the snaps from the day trip below.
