Raj Nair Chairman

Raj is responsible for long term vision and strategy. He has spent over 15 years in Strategy Consulting, 9 years in Marketing Research, and about 6 years in Investment Banking. He also functions as the Chairman of Avalon Consulting – a leading management consulting firm based in India, the Chairman of Ugam Solutions – a leading provider of market research & analytics services, and as Director of OC&C Strategy Consultants.

Raj holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree from IIT Mumbai and Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad.

Ranjit Nair Chief Executive Officer

Ranjit is responsible for idea generation, business development and human resources. He has 5 years of experience working in academic research at University of Southern California. He also spent about 2 years working as a senior research scientist at Honeywell Technology Center in Minneapolis. His research interests are multiagent systems, decision theory and planning.

Ranjit holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California.

Neelesh Salgaonkar Chief Technology Officer

Neelesh is responsible for technical vision and product management. He has spent over 10 years in the IT industry as a solution architect and project manager. He has worked for several Indian and international IT companies like Wipro and IBM.

Neelesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering and Post Graduate Degree in Software Enterprise Management from IIM Bangalore.
